ZB-3A Intelligent Disintegrator

The ZB-3A fully automatic disintegrator is a fully automatic electromechanical integrated drug testing instrument developed according to the regulations of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia on the disintegration time limit of tablets, capsules, pills, etc. Its main technical indicators also comply with the regulations of USP, BP, and JP on disintegration time limit testing. Using a hanging basket that fully complies with pharmacopoeia regulations, infrared image analysis technology is applied to automatically determine the disintegration time and depict the disintegration process curve. The application of this instrument in the pharmaceutical industry greatly promotes the improvement of formulation level through the analysis of disintegration time and disintegration curve.

5 open calibration knobs, users can calibrate the instrument temperature control system at any time by comparing it with a standard thermometer. Ensure high precision and accuracy of water bath temperature.

The 6 instruments automatically set the lifting time of the suspended basket to 15 minutes, which can also be reset at will.

7 adopts computer control technology with microcontroller as the core, intelligently controlling three performance parameters of water bath temperature, working time, and lifting frequency.
